Conditions for returning the product
We offer a return policy that enables you to return the product within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that the following conditions must be met to successfully process a product return request:
1 - The product can be returned within only 3 days from the date of receipt
2- The product must be in its original packaging
3- It must not have been used and must be tightly closed

Who bears the return costs?
If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs
If there is no error or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, we are happy to serve you by returning the product, but the store will not bear the shipping and return costs.

If payment was made via credit card, the amount you paid will be returned to the card that was used. Please note that it may take a maximum of 10 business days for the value to appear in your bank account from the date we return the value.
